The Rotherham Construction completed project resume, includes the award winning First Interstate Bank Main Branch, in downtown Bozeman, the 14 acre Ressler Automotive Complex, the Lone Peak Cinema and Village Center Hotel in Big Sky, and many other diverse and interesting projects across Montana. Our core group of construction professionals has remained together for 20+ years, bringing a great depth of experience and construction IQ to all our projects.

Rotherham projects typically include a Pre-Construction Services component that supports and satisfies the owner’s requirements and expectations. With a clear understanding of the owner’s goals, a preliminary, resource loaded master schedule, and an initial project budget is developed to provide foundational information from which the design can grow and the costs be influenced.

Construction of our work is administered and quality controlled by our team of professional project managers, and superintendents and is supported by our general management and accounting group. We have experience providing complex lender documentation requirements, as well as state and federal reporting forms required on publicly funded projects

Larger Multi-Family projects have become a significant part of work, with 226 individual living units constructed in 2016 and over 1200 overall. Our team has in depth experience at all facets of developing, designing and building apartment, condominium and townhouse projects.
