I have been working in my field for twenty years. My office is soothing and comfortable. I see working together as a partnership in a trusting open relationship. My focus is down-to-earth, direct and gentle in helping people find answers that work for them.

Our thoughts can keep us stuck or free us from an endless cycle of pain and hurt. Learning skills that change self-defeating thoughts can help establish positive relationships with loved ones and with yourself. I am trained in EMDR, which can be successful in treating trauma and anxiety.
