Cottonwood Clinic MedSpa is a medical spa providing non-surgical cosmetic and aesthetic procedures including botox, juvederm, laser hair and tattoo removal, laser skin rejuvenaton, facials, microdermabrasion, peels, micro needling, dermablading, and medically managed weight loss. We also offer professional skin care products.
